Student Policies

Please read the student policy carefully. If you have any questions please contact the school

  1. ENGLISH ONLY - All ESL students must only speak English on school property. This policy may only be waived if school management deems a situation an emergency. Students in other langauge programs (Spanish, French, Italian...) must speak the target language in the classroom.
  2. Students must arrive on time for class and maintain 100% attendance.
  3. All students must comply with the Ontario Human Rights Code. Discrimination against any student or staff member on the basis of sex, nationality, creed, religion or colour may result in immediate dismissal from the school.
  4. Students must wear proper attire. Ripped jeans, sandals, tube-tops, halter-tops and muscle shirts are not acceptable.
  5. Student must complete all homework assignments, tests and exams.
  6. Any inappropriate conduct (theft, vandalism, etc..) may result in immediate dismissal
  7. All students must comply with all aspects of Canadian law. If you have any questions about an activity please ask the school.
  8. NFLS reserves the right to refuse any registration. NFLS reserves the right to change start dates, programs and course content at any time and without prior notice. Fees, dates and conditions listed in this brochure/site are subject to change without prior notice. Courses are available based on enrollment.
  9. NFLS and its owner accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings or property of a student or program participant or for any injury to or death of a student or program participant occurring on or off school property.
  10. Neither NFLS nor its representatives is liable in any case where NFLS is unable to fulfill any services to which they are contractually bound due to acts of nature, war, civil unrest, labour disputes or any other reason which are beyond their control.
